Bee American, Plant Native uses only plants native to Virginia and/or the mid-Atlantic. We strive to grow our inventory from local ecotype seeds, using environmentally sustainable practices. Those plants not grown onsite are sourced from local-area native plant nurseries or wholesalers, verified as neonicotinoid-free.

Bee American provides flat-rate site assessments and consultations, including identification of existing native and invasive plant species. We can help determine your site's native landscaping potential, any constraints with drainage, soil conditions, sun exposure, and make recommendations for restorative practices.

Homeowner / landowner education is critical for restoring our lands to productive natural habitats, and Bee American always provides no-cost literature; instructional demonstrations of smartphone applications to identify plant species; and informational resources.
